Development Officer - Higher Heights Youth Empowerment Programs, Inc. (Higher Heights) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Development Officer to join our team in this inaugural position. We need a dedicated professional who is ready to hit the ground running and rapidly grow the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, with established access to donors and the ability to secure over $250,000 in annual funding. This role requires someone who is proficient in donor management systems or can create and implement a robust donor management system for our organization.
